Appointments

•⁠ ⁠Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or directly at the salon.
•⁠ ⁠We recommend pre-booking, especially for weekends, holidays, or specialized treatments.
•⁠ ⁠Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but priority is given to pre-scheduled clients.

Cancellations & No-Shows

•⁠ ⁠Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
•⁠ ⁠Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged 50% of the service fee.
•⁠ ⁠No-shows without any prior notice may be refused future bookings or asked for advance payment.

Payments

•⁠ ⁠Full payment is required at the end of each appointment.
•⁠ ⁠We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets.
•⁠ ⁠Service prices may be subject to revision. Any changes will be clearly communicated beforehand.

Service Policy

•⁠ ⁠Our team ensures the highest quality in every service. However, individual results may vary.
•⁠ ⁠In case of any dissatisfaction, please bring it to our attention within 48 hours so we can address it promptly.
•⁠ ⁠We do not offer refunds but will work to rectify any genuine concerns.

Conduct & Hygiene

•⁠ ⁠Any inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in refusal of service.
•⁠ ⁠For everyone’s safety, we maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols in all areas of the salon.

Children & Guests

•⁠ ⁠Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
•⁠ ⁠To ensure a calm atmosphere, we request that guests accompanying clients wait in the lounge area unless necessary.

Liability

•⁠ ⁠Hair Indulgence Salon is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse effects if medical conditions or allergies were not disclosed prior to the service.
•⁠ ⁠Clients are advised to inform staff of any concerns before starting a treatment.
